2023-24 Refund and NSF Policy
Registration Fee Refund Policy 2023-24 Fall/Winter Season
Refunds will be provided for program withdrawal requests as per the following guidelines:
1) All requests must be in writing, either by letter or email and must be delivered to the Registrar (registrar@slambasketball.ca)
2) Refunds will be refunded according to the following table:

A fee of $50.00 will be applicable to withdraws prior to the start of the regular season.
- Credit card transaction fee is non-refundable ($2.50 per transaction)

There will be no refunds after the season has started with the first practice being the official start of the season.

Extenuating circumstances (e.g. injury) will be considered by the Executive on a case by case basis; a partial refund may be provided.
