2024-25 Refund and NSF Policy

Registration Fee Refund Policy 2024-25 Fall/Winter Season

Refunds will be provided for program withdrawal requests as per the following guidelines:

1) All requests must be in writing, either by letter or email and must be delivered to the Registrar (registrar@slambasketball.ca)

2) Refunds will be refunded according to the following table:

• A fee of $50.00 ($25 for Jr NBA) is applicable for all withdraws prior to the start of the regular season- the start of the regular season is considered as the date the first practice occurs 

• Credit card transaction fee is non-refundable ($2.50 per transaction)

• There will be no refunds after the season has started with the first practice being the official start of the season.

• Extenuating circumstances (e.g. injury) will be considered by the Executive on a case by case basis; a partial refund may be provided.
