2026-27 Refund policy *NEW*

Registration Fee Refund Policy 2026-27 Fall/Winter Season

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR THE 2026-27 SEASON**

Refunds will be provided for program withdrawal requests as per the following guidelines:

1) All requests must be in writing, either by letter or email and must be delivered to the Registrar (registrar@slambasketball.ca)

2) Refunds will be issued according to the following table:

• A fee of $50.00 ($25 for Jr NBA) is applicable for all withdraws prior to the start of  evaluations- this is applicable to the first date evaluations begin, for all age groups. The evaluation schedule and dates can be found via link on our homepage  

• Credit card transaction fee is non-refundable ($2.50 per transaction)

• Any request for refund after evaluations have begun will be reviewed by the board in November
